The Gym room is curated with the Technogym Artis collection, featuring equipment designed for both powerful strength work and intentional recovery. The Kinesis room invites guests to refine practice through functional training with medicine balls, foam rollers, balance domes, dumbbells, and resistance bands, where each movement becomes an opportunity to reconnect with your body at your own pace.  

Private sessions with trainers are available upon request for fitness training, yoga, and pilates, each tailored to personal goals and fitness intentions.
